Silent "Movie" of a trip to the Lion Safari, just north of Toronto, in late 1970's. This was, surprisingly, a replica set-up of animals in the wild. African lions, elephants, monkeys, giraffes, hippos, zebras, North American buffalo, seemingly in their natural habitat. These animals were energetic and moved about comfortably. The people were in cages, as it were. This video was shot using an 8mm camera, without sound.
